Terms and Conditions
A 25% non refundable deposit is required to hold any animals that will be picked up from our ranch. Deposits are non refundable should the customer back out of a sale or not show up for a scheduled pick up. Deposits will be fully refunded if there is a problem on our end providing the animals. The rest of the balance is due at pick up.
Unless other arrangements were made prior to, pick up from Dirt Ridge will be within 1 week of date of availability. Once we have availability you will be notified and have 48 hours to respond. We do understand that circumstances come up and if you are not ready you can pass for the next round. We can not guarantee our availability for the season and if for some reason on our part we do not fulfill your order we will offer a refund for the deposit.
Boxes for chicks and ducklings will be provided, all other animals will require some sort of carrier supplied by the customer. Should customer accidentally release an animal, payment for that animal will still be expected.
We guarantee all animals to be healthy and sound at time of pick up. We do not offer any additional guarantees after the animals are in our customer's care. We recommend that all customers read over our care pages before bringing home any animals.
Animals are not held until invoice is paid. To help prevent over selling, invoices that remain unpaid after 48hrs will be cancelled.
